The agent is the bridge between PrintFlow and your printers. It receives jobs, prints them through the Windows spooler, and reports status back.

Workspace owners can generate a pairing code at any time; pairing only needs the agent running on the target machine.
Before you install
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
- A printer installed in Windows settings
- A network connection to your PrintFlow workspace
Pair in three steps
- Generate a pairing code from Departments in your dashboard.
- Install and open the agent on the Windows machine next to the printer.
- Enter the code and your workspace URL to pair the department.
Other platforms are not available. The agent is a native Windows application today.
