What we believe about the product
- The product is the interface. PrintFlow should be understood from its dashboard, not from a marketing graphic.
- Status is the feature. A job that reports queued, printing, completed or failed is a job an operator can trust.
- Departments are the unit of organisation. Permissions, queues, agents and reports all follow department boundaries.
- No invented numbers. PrintFlow does not publish metrics it has not measured.
